1. Commitment to Integrity and Ethics CyberLock Solutions Inc. is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We expect all employees, contractors, and business partners to adhere to the highest ethical standards.
2. Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption
3. Compliance with Laws All employees and representatives must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Ohio Revised Code, Title 29, Chapter 2921 - Offenses Against Justice and Public Administration.
4. Reporting and Whistleblower Protection Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this Code of Conduct or any unlawful behavior. CyberLock Solutions Inc. provides protection for whistleblowers against retaliation.
5. Training and Awareness Regular training sessions will be conducted to ensure that all employees are aware of and understand this Code of Conduct and their responsibilities under it.
6. Enforcement and Disciplinary Action Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contracts. CyberLock Solutions Inc. will take appropriate legal action against any individual or entity involved in unlawful behavior.
7. Continuous Improvement CyberLock Solutions Inc. is committed to continuously improving its policies and procedures to prevent bribery, corruption, and other unlawful behavior.
